Are we too dependant on mobile phones?

As technology is increasing and developing more and more nowadays people are becoming dependant on the devices they use. Most people use a mobile phones and I do think that people are too dependant on them. 

First of all, milions of people now can work from their phones and stay at home at the same time. That menas that you can choose your teamtable and organize it. Which is working confortly and anywhere not only your house. But it also means you will always have to be aware if everything is working perflectly and if anyone from the same company needs your help. As a result of this constantly you will be cheking your phone.

In addition, parents who worry about their children can now always have them controlled. With the phone you can contact them at any time and you can locate them too. 

However, we have to be realistic and assume that mobile phones are parto of the consumism and shops make us dependant on them. How? Creating new free applications, free communications apps and of course launching new products constantly on markets. 

In short even if there are loads of benefits by having a mobile phone there is one reason which is consumism that breaks everything. The main problem might be addiction and wanting to be on the loop witth the competence. 

Leadership in business and my futur expectations,

As far as I am concerned creating a business is a project that implies having initiative to obtain economic benefits or a social purpose.

The needed points to build a business are the following:

1.-Work.- It involves all the time that a worker invests in the production of the product built by the company.

2.-Capital.- The amount of goods needed for the production: machines, tools, productive facilities, buildings and the financial resources of the company.

3.-Organization and entrepreneurial capacity.- The management tool, the ability of taking decisions and assuming risks in a responsible way, which gives an specific and different character to the business.

4.-Technology.- The combination of proceedings and production technics that combine  the above mentioned points.

Although these points are very important we should bear in mind the personality traits that a business owner must possess.

I would personally start by giving a relevant importance to the vision of future. In other words, having a clear vision of what you want to achieve. It should be what you love to do and where you expect to realize some gains. Vision sets your direction to be successful.

On the one hand you have to be resourceful. To start business right you have to be sure of what you know and what you do not know. What is more, you have to be opened minded and take new knowledge before and during the business process.

On the other hand it is essential to be highly motivated. That implies having initiative, energy and determination to organize for the execution of your goals. In other words, you need a generous dosage of optimism.

I would also remark being market-driven by selecting the right customers you can do business with and trying to satisfy them by giving the best resources.  

Being quality-conscious should be an essential skill. What I mean is that you have to do the right things at the first instance and try to improve all the time. It is necessary a good planning and acting with quality. To summarize, you have to be systematic and organized.

From my point of view I would add being empathetic. You should always remember that no man is an island. You must collaborate and share. Moreover, you must create a good atmosphere of work between you and your employee if you wish your business to be recognized.

On top of that I would like to mention the high marks of a true leader: decisive and courageous. Business is a risk and you have to take it and remain responsible for the consequences of your act. You must have the courage to go out of your comfort zone, brave a new horizon and make quick decisions.

Besides you should express clearly who you are and what your business is; what do you expect from your employee and what are your competences.

You do not have to be afraid of taking new risks and you should go ahead with creativity.

Being curious is also a way to discover new ideas and strategies to beat your commercial rivals.

After all I would add humility to accept and correct company imperfections.

Concerning to where I would be successful as a business leader, I would definitely choose an international marketing, if possible in fashion business because is the area I like the most. It is said that you have the chance to achieve your goals when you put your strength, will and passion to make you dreams come true.

I am still very young but I am going to try hard and I will do my best to do so and prove it myself. I am especially keen on international fashion marketing, as I said before, because it implies creativity and originality.

I consider myself that I am good at re-imagine and reinvent in unexpected ways. I would be able to create a product that is open to creative risk-taking and an environment where failure is accepted as a part of a creative process.

Therefore creativity means: exploring options, generating new and exciting ideas and re- evaluating.

What it attracts me from Hult is the possibility of learning not only from the teachers but also from the other international students. As I see in Hult you can interact with other cultures which I think is a fundamental thing to do. And that is what business is all about nowadays.

On top of that, London is an amazing experience because of the multicultural life. It is an advantage being in London because is the capital of business; it connects people with the rest of the world.

To finish up with, in my particular case since the year course I spent in Ireland I realized the importance of constantly discovering new things every day just by living in another country. With this experience I have improved a lot my communication skills and my tolerance towards others. I expect going further in the future.
